This cartoon evolves on the concept of Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix the most popular corporate portfolio analysis tool.The axis being Technology and Satisfiers marks for the evolutionary development of human being against their growth in technology and the motivation and satisfaction they hoard in each phase.

e-Zet , a Zetitica BIM Magazine Logo

             Designing,my greatest passion since childhood drove me to take up the opportunity to showcase my creativity and skills in the logo designing contest of e-Zet magazine of Zetetica (BIM Trichy - HR club). The theme so choosen is to reflect the HR spirit, depicting unity and integrity which is a necessary constituent of every individual brain co-operating in an organization so as to achieve the utmost wanted common goal.The diversity amongst the employees which is all the more prevalent in the modern world is brought through the concept of different shades of hands,belonging to varied religions,regions and culture holding each other to promote the organization towards success.Their team spirit to take it beyond their differences to achieve their objectives is clearly indicated by a white spark in between with the HR symbol on the e-Zet font. Building on my learning curve day by day makes me feel great,hoping for many more opportunities !!
